“ Nice new Mexican restaurant that opened in beacon Street. We tried the food right away, got the enchiladas, quesadillas, flan and tres leches. Food was amazing and tasted delicious. The price was affordable and the food quality was good with fresh meat and sides. The portions was small for that price. Loved the artistic style, great paintings and nice place to have a dine in. Customer service was amazing and the service was fast. The menu board was small and hard to read with so much lighting but the menu options are great. Desserts were good too but still very small size for that price. Definitely a great place to try. Will definitely visit again. ”
“ Chilacates has great classic Mexican food. It doesn’t feel like an Americanized Mexican-fusion restaurant. The elotes are great and come on the cob. The tacos are really good and we recommend the shrimp ones! We’ve also tried their burritos, and bowls, and salads and everything has been wonderful. ”
“ Solid Mexican spot. I ordered a grilled chicken Torta. It was pretty good but nothing special. Second visit. I went with a breakfast torta. It was better than the Chicken torta but it took about 17 minutes to prepare which seemed a bit excessive seeing that I was one of 2 customers present. I was also confused about the contents of the breakfast torta seeing that the menu gives no description. ”
